Objectives

  1. Upon completion, participants will know the unique considerations to be addressed when incorporating health and wellness in a grocery store and understand best practices to consider for this project type.
  2. Participants will learn strategies for working with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve wellness goals for WELL v1 and LEED v4 BD+C/ID+C)
  3. Participants will learn how to work with ownership groups to assess and implement WELL requirements for operations, company benefits, and policies, especially when working with large corporations with global portfolios.
  4. Participants will gain an understanding of how to navigate WELL certification for unique project types, including leveraging the WELL AAP process and WELL Coaches.
