USGBC Hawaii

USGBC Hawaii exists to create an environmentally and socially responsible, healthy and prosperous quality of life for all in Hawaii through the transformation of the built environment and the way it is planned, designed, constructed and operated.

USGBC Hawaii works to educate the building industry on sustainable design, construction, and operation practices. We hold a major annual conference and many smaller scale educational and networking events throughout the year. We also strive to connect our members’ expertise in sustainability with opportunities to give back to the community, through projects like our Green Apple Day of Service.

Finally, through our membership, we hope to create a strong foundation of sustainable practice among architects, engineers, service providers, owners, and other professionals in the building community. Members are invited to our numerous monthly events and workshops, and we offer a variety of ways to participate in local and national green building activities, and opportunities to connect to our valuable professional network.
