As a USGBC member, your benefits and resources are available for all of your full-time staff, including access to LEED courses and credential maintenance webinars. Members have a designated primary contact, who has been assigned your USGBC member ID. This member ID can be used by your employees, who can then visit usgbc.org and create their own site-user account.

30 hours of access to USGBC's course catalog
Support your company's LEED professional credential maintenance requirements with free access to 30 hours of continuing education through the USGBC course catalog. Once registered, your employees can receive continuing education hours after passing a convenient online quiz. To access your member benefits, select "Account" in the top dropdown menu and then click "Education."

Insider updates
Receive the latest members-only industry information including informative emails, such as the Members only Insider Update. You will also have the opportunity to subscribe to a variety of other emails and building sector specific digests to stay up-to-date on the latest LEED and industry news and happenings at USGBC. Each of your employees can specify which communications are of the greatest value to their professional interests. Sign in to usgbc.org account and update your email preferences by submitting your email address in the form and then check your email for a link to your preferences page.

Participation in LEED ballots & elections

We welcome input into the development and improvement of LEED through public comment periods and member balloting. USGBC member employees also have the opportunity to vote in elections for the Board of Directors. You will receive email notifications of commenting and voting opportunities.

Eligibility to participate in committees & working groups

Influence programs that advance the green building industry by serving on a committee or the USGBC Advisory Council. Any full-time employee of a member organization in good standing is invited to apply. Current committee openings are available on usgbc.org.
