LOOM Ferretería by Merlin Properties is a recently renovated office building located in Barcelona, Spain. The LEED Gold building has six floors, with five above ground for office use. The building footprint occupies the entire site, making it a zero lot line building.

The building's sustainability is evident in several aspects, including

A building reuse rate of approximately 62%.
A location in a developed area with diverse uses and access to quality transit.
Efficient water supply fixtures leading to a potable water savings of about 48%.
Generation of almost 10% of energy on-site using photovoltaic panels.

In addition, at least 15% of the material cost has a sustainable criteria value, and low-emitting materials have been used for paints and coatings, flooring, wall panels, and insulation. A construction indoor air quality management plan was established during the construction phase to ensure the building's air quality is managed effectively.
