owners at Mission Housing Development
Corporation and Related California engaged
sustainability consultants at Green Strategies
to build an affordable housing development
in Outer Mission, San Francisco called
Balboa Park Upper Yard (BPUY).
The team utilized the LEED Health Process to
promote population health for low-income
families and formerly homeless individuals
through multi-family residential housing
design, construction and operation.
