Checklist: LEED v2008 for Homes

LEED version: v2008

updated 10/29/2014:

On the Summary Page, added a warning note if the user inputs a HERS Index above 70.
On the Checklist tab, added notes (in red) at the top of EA 1 (performance path) and EA 2 (prescriptive path) explaining the new minimum requirement.
On the Checklist tab, updated warning so it now includes confirmation on the EA category, too (13 pts in CZ 1-5, 9.5 pts in CZ 6-8).
On the QA Review tab, added a QA check on the minimum point floor for the EA section.
