Rebecca joined USGBC in September 2021 as a State & Local Advocacy contractor. Prior to USGBC, Rebecca worked on the Policy & Research teams at the Alliance to Save Energy, an energy efficiency advocacy organization based in D.C. She holds an MA in Environmental Policy from Sciences Po, Paris and a BA in International Relations from the University of British Columbia.
