I joined USGBC in July 2009 to support USGBC’s strategy for best-in-class online and in-person educational content to drive organization goals and priorities. Working with diverse stakeholders within and outside the organization, I create and deliver quality green building education. I employ an instructional design process to assess education needs, design, develop, and deliver high quality education, and ongoing evaluation for continued improvement. Key projects include advancing micro-credentials, transitioning in-person education to online, and advising and training staff delivering USGBC created education. My undergraduate degree in Linguistics is from the University of California at Berkeley and I have a Master of Arts in Instructional Systems Development from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
