Ashley Fowler

As Vice President of Human Resources, Ashley brings more than a decade of
non-profit human resources experience to her work. She oversees recruitment,
onboarding, and benefits for USGBC and GBCI. She is responsible for
organizational development, partnering with executive leadership to help
build and drive organizational performance in pursuit of its strategic goals.
Ashley works with GBCI’s affiliated organizations around the world, and
USGBC staff supporting local communities in the U.S., to ensure
organizational culture and policies are consistent. She also oversees
professional development and employee relations for the 300+ USGBC and GBCI
staff.

Ashley holds a B.A. in Psychology and Business Administration from Indiana
Wesleyan University. She earned a Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
credential from the HR Certification Institute and a SHRM-CP credential from
the Society of Human Resource Management.
