Jennifer Druliner

Vice President, Governance

Washington, District of Columbia

Jennifer Druliner is a nonprofit governance expert who has improved board
performance at membership associations large and small. Currently, she serves
as Vice President, Governance, for the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC)
and Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), advising two boards of directors
and their executive staff teams and overseeing policy compliance for a
400-member volunteer committee structure.

Before joining USGBC, Jennifer oversaw programs and managed board relations
at the Association for Conflict Resolution, an organization created from the
merger of several conflict resolution-focused membership organizations,
including the Conflict Resolution Education Network, for which she had served
as Associate Director prior to the merger.

Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in International Peace and Conflict
Resolution from American University’s School of International Service. She
earned a Fulbright Scholarship to study history in Vienna, Austria, and holds
a B.A. in History from The College of Wooster.
